SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE I SHIP

Canada only, for now.

I hold stock at my place in West Kelowna, BC and ship it myself. International and US shipping aren't set up yet. If you're outside Canada and want one, email me — if enough people ask, I'll sort it out.

RATES

Orders under $200 CAD: $19 flat, anywhere in Canada
Orders $200 CAD and over: free

Express shipping is available at checkout for $30.

The $200 threshold is calculated on the order subtotal before tax. All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days.

I'm a working faller — some weeks I'm out on a block. If something's going to take longer than that, I'll email you rather than leave you wondering. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Once it's shipped, expect roughly:

- BC and Alberta: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 4–9 business days
- Northern and remote communities: longer, sometimes considerably

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, fire season road closures, and carrier backlogs happen.

TRACKING

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships. Check your junk folder if you don't see it.

CARRIER

Orders usually ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel, with tracking.

WRONG ADDRESS

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to me because the address was wrong or incomplete, I'll reship it once you cover the return and reshipping cost.

If you catch the mistake before it ships, email me right away and I'll fix it for free.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, give it 2 business days — packages sometimes get scanned early or left with a neighbour. After that, email me and I'll open a trace with the carrier.

If it arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before you unpack any further and email me. Damage in transit is on me, not you.

TAXES

GST or HST is applied at the rate for your province — 5% in BC and
Alberta, higher in provinces that use HST. The rate you're charged
shows on the order summary before you pay.

BC PST is not currently charged.

PICKUP

Local to Kelowna or West Kelowna? Email me before you order and we can probably arrange pickup instead of paying shipping.
